Solutions/Solar Energy Systems
On-grid, hybrid and captive solar systems, sized around your consumption pattern rather than your available roof area.
Most solar proposals begin with how much roof area is available. We believe the return is decided by when you consume, because a plant that generates in hours you don't use saves less than a smaller one that matches your load.
Your load curve matters more than your roof area.
A plant sized to available space over-generates at noon and under-serves in the evening. A system sized to consumption pays back faster and exports less at a rate you don't control.
Generation is only half of the decision.
Sanctioned load, transformer capacity, metering policy and banking rules decide how much you are permitted to generate and what the surplus is worth. Those answers come before the drawing.
We don't sell panels by the watt.
We size the plant around your electricity bill.
Twelve months of consumption, a load profile and the tariff you are billed on decide the module count, rather than the area of the roof.
There are seven ways to generate on site or contract generation off site. Which one fits depends on your roof, your load and your tariff.
System 01 / 07
The most common configuration, where power is generated on your roof, consumed on site first and exported as the balance.
What it does
Generation is consumed inside the facility before anything reaches the meter, so each unit offsets the tariff you pay rather than the lower rate you are paid for export.
Works through your existing connection on net or gross metering, depending on what your state policy allows.
Roof condition, orientation and shading decide the real yield, and an unshaded bay will outproduce a larger shaded one.
There is no storage in this configuration, so generation stops when the grid does. Backup is a separate decision.
Sizing & specification
Indicative specification. Capacity, structure and yield depend on shading, orientation, roof condition and the tariff you are billed on, and final sizing follows the site survey and a review of twelve months of bills.
System 02 / 07
For sites where land is available and the roof is unsuitable or too small.
What it does
Modules sit at the optimum tilt rather than the roof's angle, which lifts annual yield per panel above an equivalent rooftop plant.
Cleaning, inspection and string replacement happen at ground level, so operations and maintenance cost less over the plant's life.
Civil work, foundations, fencing and cable trenching make the capital cost per kWp higher than rooftop, and the payback comes from yield and lifespan.
Land use has to be agreed early. It is the one input that cannot be revised after the layout is fixed.

System 03 / 07
A parking structure that generates power and shades the vehicles parked under it.
What it does
Uses land you already surface and maintain, without taking area away from operations.
The structure is the main cost driver rather than the modules, so spans, clearance and wind loading decide the budget.
Sits directly above where EV charging will go, which removes a cable run and a second civil project later.
It is visible from the approach road, which also makes your sustainability commitment visible to visitors.

System 04 / 07
Solar that keeps working after the grid stops.
What it does
Surplus generation is held in a battery instead of being exported, then released against evening load or an outage.
A critical-load panel decides what stays powered during a failure, such as refrigeration, lighting, servers and whatever your operation cannot pause.
Reduces diesel run hours rather than eliminating the generator, unless the system is deliberately sized to replace it.
The storage is sized against the hours you need covered, not against the size of the solar plant.

System 05 / 07
Designed for sites where the grid is unreliable, expensive to extend or entirely absent.
What it does
The system is sized for the worst week of the year rather than the average, which makes off-grid plants larger and costlier per unit.
It is usually hybridised with a generator, so diesel covers the rare deficit rather than the daily load.
Autonomy is a specification you choose. One day of storage costs a fraction of three, and most sites don't need three.
It is worth comparing against the cost of extending the grid before assuming off-grid is the expensive option.

System 06 / 07
Solar purchased from a remote plant, or generated by one you own a share of.
What it does
Power is generated at a remote plant and wheeled to your connection through the grid, so no roof or land is needed at your site.
Suits high-tension consumers whose demand is far larger than any roof could serve.
This is a contractual project rather than a construction one, and wheeling charges, banking terms, cross-subsidy surcharge and state policy decide whether it works.
Captive status requires a minimum equity holding and proportional consumption, so the structure has to be right from day one to hold the benefit.

System 07 / 07
An unmonitored plant loses output gradually, and the loss often goes unnoticed for months.
What it does
String-level monitoring shows which part of the array has stopped performing, instead of only telling you the total is lower.
Soiling is the largest recoverable loss on most Indian sites, and the cleaning cycle should be decided by dust levels rather than the calendar.
Inverter faults, earth leakage and connector degradation are found by alarms and thermography before they become downtime.
Generation is reported against a guaranteed figure each month, so any underperformance is identified and addressed early.

Solar pays back fastest wherever the load runs through daylight hours and the tariff is commercial or industrial.
The benefits extend beyond the number at the bottom of the bill.
Units you generate are insulated from the annual revisions that apply to everything you buy.
This changes how you schedule shifts, batches and anything else that can move.
Modules take the direct radiation the roof used to absorb, which reduces the heat entering the space below.
On hybrid systems, the battery covers the short interruptions that used to start the diesel.
Metered generation gives you a defensible number rather than an estimate for customer and investor reporting.
The payback period is measured in years, while the equipment life is measured in decades.
Sunlight is free.
The value lies in the consumption it displaces.
Four stages, and the first two decide everything that follows.
We review twelve months of bills, a load profile and the tariff you are billed on before anyone looks at the roof.
We assess roof condition, load-bearing capacity, shading through the year, cable routes and transformer headroom.
We prepare the layout, single-line diagram, structural drawings, DISCOM application and the metering arrangement your state permits.
Installation, testing and commissioning are completed against a generation guarantee, with an agreed maintenance schedule.
Share twelve months of bills, and we will show you exactly what solar is worth on your site.
